I went to Club Rouge a few weeks ago, and asked the receptionist to turn down the too-loud "music". She wouldn't turn it down. I stayed anyway and had a good experience with Estelle.

Today I decided to try Club Rouge again, to see if they listened to their clients; I know I'm not the only one who complained about the noise. But already walking up the stairs, I could hear the loud music from Club Rouge, before I even reached the door! This is way too much. I decided to go to Club Bluemoon instead. (And had a great time with Laura there - highly recommended).

I guess the reason Club Rouge has loud "music" in the bar area, is to drive clients away from the bar (where they consume drinks) into the sex rooms. But it's completely unnecessary, the girls would encourage men to pay for a room anyway.

Anyway, they've driven this client away from Club Rouge altogether. If the management ever starts listening to its clients, and turns the noise down, please post a message here and I'll go back there.
